人每天的精力其实是有限的，没做一件事就会花去一些直到一天的精力耗尽。

物质发达是好事，但是同时也会带来一些负面效应，就是东西越来越多，而需要管理这些东西的精力也会消耗得越多。

想想每天决定穿什么，吃什么，买什么，各式各样的琐碎物件不断地消耗我们的金钱、时间和精力。对于没有整理过的东西，每天我们都可能被它占去一些精力。

既然我们的精力是有限的，我们就更加应该将它用在重要的事情上，比如学习，陪伴家人。
